2. Description of Service

Nexura Ventures provides a free online digital signature service that allows users to:

Upload PDF documents securely
Add digital signatures, text, dates, and checkboxes
Download signed documents
Create legally valid electronic signatures compliant with Indian IT Act 2000

The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not upload any documents that contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Respect the intellectual property rights of others

4. Document Processing and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Regarding document processing:

Documents are processed in memory and temporarily stored only during the signing process
All documents are automatically deleted from our servers after processing
We do not retain copies of your documents or signatures
Documents are processed securely on our servers
We do not share your documents with third parties

5. Legal Validity of Digital Signatures

Digital signatures created using our Service are designed to be legally valid under:

The Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
The Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 (India)
International electronic signature standards

However, the legal validity of digital signatures may vary depending on jurisdiction, document type, and specific use case. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nexura Ventures and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of and access to the Service
Your violation of any term of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nexura Ventures and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
